We choose this moment to respectfully inform you that we hold all conceivable rights as copyright owners, and also the rights accorded by the Creation of a Universe. The former rights mean that you, as distinct from any of us, according to the appropriate legal and philosophical boundaries of the self, as defined by centuries of discussion and tradition, cannot use this material without permission from us. (Although it is tacitly understood that non-commercial use is virtually un-prosecutable, if that's a word.)
The latter rights mean that we can alter the laws of physics, mathematics, chemistry and logic in the Creation of the Negative Dimension. (Not to mention certain traditions concerning grammar, plot, characterisation, entertainment and art that occasionally define the art of writing. If this bothers you, we suggest you stay away from most of the rest of the humanity's literary output too. Especially Shakespeare.) Possibly these rights extend to this Universe too, although we haven't found any evidence of it yet.
If you would like to discuss any implications of the above, or would like to thrill a poor, lonely author with disgustingly excessive praise, contact Mary Gardiner.
